Chapter 1: The student
Chapter 1 of 7
Nothing is saved until you press send.
How enrolment works
Tell us about the student
Their age, roughly where they are with Arabic and Qur'an, and which programme you have in mind. If you are not sure, say so. Placing students is our job, not yours.
We place them at the right level
A teacher reviews it and suggests a starting point and a class. Nothing is decided before you have agreed it.
You choose the days
At the academy, at home for children, live online on Zoom, or through the WhatsApp voice program, privately or in a group. Classes run two, three or four days a week, weekday or weekend. Then the first class is arranged.
What to have ready
- The student's name and age
- Whether they have studied Arabic or Qur'an before, and roughly how far
- Which programme or programmes interest you
- Which days suit you: the form lists the options for each way of studying
- Whether you want classes at the academy, at home (for children), online, or by WhatsApp voice, and private or group
Choosing a programme
You do not have to decide before you register, but if you want to look first, every programme has its own page.
Classes run in Abuja, at home for children, live online on Zoom, or through the WhatsApp voice program, private or group. What you tell us is used to arrange classes and nothing else: see our privacy notice.
Not sure where to start?
That is the most common question we get, and the easiest one to answer once we know the level, whether you are enrolling someone or starting yourself.
