Classes
An Islamic education worth looking forward to.
Small classes, qualified Arab teachers with female teachers on request, and a structured path through Arabic, Qur'an and Islamic studies, in Abuja, online on Zoom, or at home for children. Children, teenagers and adults, taught at the level they are actually at.
Three levels
Every programme runs at every level. What changes is the depth it is taught to, never whether it is offered to you.
Stage 1 · Level one
Starting from the letters
Reading and writing Arabic from the alphabet up, recitation with correct tajwīd, and Islamic studies at a level a beginner can actually use: how and why, not memorised definitions.
Stage 2 · Level two
Reading, understanding, retaining
Grammar behind the reading, conversation practised out loud, structured memorisation with revision that keeps it, and Tafsīr and Hadith once a student is ready to ask what a verse means.
Stage 3 · Level three
Reading unseen, and knowing what it means
Opening a page you have never seen, reading it correctly, and understanding it, with the grammar, the vocabulary and the tajwīd behind it holding steady without being thought about.
Every programme is open to every student: children, teenagers and adults alike. Tell us where you are and we will start you there.
Where the classes happen
At the academy
Physical classes on-site in Abuja, with a teacher in the room. Private one-to-one, or children's packages on set days and times.
Online
Live lessons on Zoom from anywhere, for students inside Nigeria and outside it, at times that fit around your week. Private or group.
Home service
For children: a teacher comes to your home, on request and subject to your area. Private, or a group of up to 6 children.
WhatsApp voice program
Send a voice recording; a teacher listens, corrects it, and replies in their own voice. Real ongoing follow-up from a teacher who knows you, never pre-recorded lessons. Private or group.
Common questions
Children start as soon as they can sit through a short lesson and follow a teacher. Younger children begin with letter recognition and sound rather than reading. Teenagers join at whatever level they are already at, not at the beginning.
No. Most children start from the alphabet. The first programme is Arabic Language, which begins with letters and sounds and builds toward reading unvowelled text. Nothing assumes prior study.
Qualified Arab teachers, men and women, all native Arabic speakers with real training behind them. Female teachers are available on request. Tell us when you register and we will arrange it. You will always know exactly who is in the room.
Two, three or four days a week, or weekends. You choose. Classes run Monday to Sunday, with weekend times for students whose weekdays are already full.
Yes. Alongside on-site classes in Abuja, a teacher can come to your home on request for children, depending on your area, or lessons can run live online on Zoom.
